After moisturizing with an oil and water spritz, I twisted my hair up using Design Essentials curl stretching cream to give it some weight and hold. I let the twists set for 5 hours. After unraveling the twists my hair felt soft and easy to manage so I pinned it up and added a hair accessory inspired by two youtubers: ashiek1118 and Brownsuga24.
The outcome was a hit! I will definitely be revisiting this style.

DeleteI really like this. Hey do you think it would work for me a just about 50 year old? Would it look like I am trying to be young. I can't figure it out. I look to you for advice because you have a really good eye for fashion.
ReplyDeleteSo the hair accessory was it a scarf that you tied from the back and then secured it on top?
I love the look.
OMG, you could soooooo do this!! This actually wasn't a scarf it was a headband that I just wore backwards. I saw you show one of these in your hair accessory haul in a nice iridescent fabric, give it a try! Your hair would look awesome in this style.
